The Facilities Management Unit provides and enhances the built environment and the accommodation facilities of the University of Technology, Sydney to enable the University to achieve its educational objectives.

	Campus Security: In an emergency contact Security on extension '6' on internal phones or freecall on 1800 249 559 and follow the emergency procedures. This service is available 24 hours a day. Security offices are located near the front entrances to main buildings.

	Building Services Maintenance Request: If you wish to request maintenance services to report problems such as air conditioning, lighting, plumbing, water leaks, cleaning, pest control or any other building issue, please fill in a Maintenance Request form
	Projects Work Request: If you wish to request accommodation or refurbishment works, please fill in a Work Request form.
