  • Deliver physical facilities to the university needs in accordance with UTS policies
  • Maintain the university's CAD and space usage database
  • Develop and maintain relevant and effective management information systems and up to date quality assurance procedures
  • Manage the UTS Minor Works & CAPEX budget
  • Driving engineering services
  • Manage major maintenance works
