FMU e-tendering

The Facilities Management Unit (FMU) is changing the way we procure consultant and contractor services.

Consultants and contractors are invited to become registered suppliers at our e-tender portal:

https://www.tenderlink.com/uts/

New requests for tenders and quotations will be uploaded to this site. At present, this applies to services requested by FMU only, not the whole of UTS.

As a registered supplier, you can receive email notification of any new tenders we publish, download and view the documentation electronically, and participate in forums to seek clarification or to ask questions. Where available, submission of your bids can be completed through the e-tender box facility.

Guidelines and standards

Consultants and contractors should consult the UTS building design and construction guidelines and standards.

These guidelines and standards include design guidelines, CAD standards and site safety.
