Multi-Purpose Sports Hall opens 14 April, the first new facility completed under the City Campus Master Plan
The UTS Multi-Purpose Sports Hall will officially open on 14 April, making it the first new facility completed as part of the university's visionary City Campus Master Plan. To celebrate the opening the UTS Union will host a gala sports event, with exhibition sports matches and demonstrations.
Students Brian Tran & Lisa Nguyen's thoughts on the new public spaces in Building 5:
"I only found this space today and I love it. It has a really nice and relaxed vibe and UTS definitely needed more spaces like this. It is much better than the library as it is far more relaxing. It's also a bonus that green is my favourite colour, and it looks really cool."
