The Planning and Design Review Branch undertakes all the work necessary for FMU to recommend that a project be undertaken at a specific location and time.

This work includes:

• development of the Campus Development Plans
• development of the Capital Plan
• undertaking studies on specific planning issues
• documenting design guidelines.

The branch also provides a design review service for all projects undertaken by FMU.
